Downgrade & Cancel Subscription

Stealth Pro offers flexibility when it comes to managing your subscription. Whether you need to scale down your plan or pause your subscription, the Downgrade & Cancel feature gives you control over your account. Here's how you can make changes to your subscription status within Stealth Pro.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Pro

Click on the Pro button on the side menu (desktop only).

  1. Switch to the Billing Management tab
  2. Select Change Your Subscription
  3. Adjust the Number of Users

Select the number of users you wish to have in your account. Please ensure that you aren’t using the seats you want to remove.

  1. Adjust the Amount of Storage

Select the amount of storage you wish to use. Please ensure that you aren’t using the storage you want to remove.

  1. Select Change

You won’t be able to decrease seats or storage below the current usage level. For instance, if you have 8 users and are paying for 10 seats, you can only decrease your seat count to 8.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Pro

Click on the Pro button on the side menu (desktop only).

  1. Switch to the Billing Management tab
  2. Select Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm Cancellation

You may be prompted to re-enter your password and/or an MFA code. Once you confirm, your account will remain active until your next billing date. At that point, all of the data on your account will be deleted.

Be sure to download all of your data before your subscription ends. Once your subscription lapses, your data is permanently deleted.
