Create a Team

Creating a team on Stealth Pro enhances collaboration by allowing multiple users to work together seamlessly while maintaining the same level of end-to-end encryption and security. Here's everything you need to know about teams on Stealth.

Advantages of Stealth for Teams

  • Enhanced Collaboration: Team members can collaborate on shared files in a secure environment, promoting efficient teamwork.
  • Centralized Management: Team administrators can manage file access, permissions, and members from a centralized interface.
  • Streamlined Communication: Communication within the team can be simplified through secure channels within the platform.
  • Audit Trail: Stealth maintains an audit trail of team activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Steps to Create a Team (without a Stealth Pro subscription)

  1. Go to Pro

Click on the Pro button on the side menu (desktop only).

  1. Select Upgrade to Stealth Pro
  2. Choose the Number of Users

Select the number of users you wish to have in your account. To create a team, select more than one user.

  1. Choose the Amount of Storage

Select the amount of storage you wish to use. You can change this anytime. This allows you to only pay for what you need. Storage is shared across all team members.

  1. Select Annual or Monthly Billing

Decide between annual and monthly billing. Annual billing features a 20% discount.

  1. Create a Team Name & Account Name

Give your team a name, and your own account a name. The latter is necessary for file sharing and collaboration purposes. Your name is only visible to you and your team.

  1. Enter Payment Info

Enter your payment info. All payments are processed through Paddle.

  1. Your Team is Ready!

That’s it! You can now invite members to your account.

  1. Go to Pro

  1. Switch to Billing Management tab
  2. Select Change Your Subscription
  3. Choose the Number of Users
